1.Altered Sensorium (Hypo active)

Diagnosis:
AKI ON CKD(HYPERTENSIVE NEPHROPATHY) WITH URAEMIC ENCEPHALOPATHY.

Treatment:
1.INJ.LASIX
2.INJ.NaHCO3

5.MULTISYSTEM:
Problems:
1.low backache 
2.fever
3.icterus
4.vomitings 
5.loose stools
6.blood tinged urine
7.polyuria,nocturia,polydypsia

Diagnosis:
Acute viral hepatitis is the provisional diagnosis in the patient and cerebral malaria is also suspected

Treatment:
1.FALCIGO- anti-malarial drug.
2.DOXYCYCLINE - is an anti-malarial

The clinical classes are interesting  as this is a new experience for us.They help us to understand the challenges faced in the profession. Entire general medicine department is trying their best to provide us a
Good experience however there is difficulty in understanding because of the technical issues
Resolving the technical issues would be really helpful.The cases are interesting and hope they will be useful in the future.
