Case 1
patient presented with chief complaints of shortness of breath since five days, profuse sweating, generalized weakness and swelling of the lower limbs.
Patient gave histroy of diabetes mellitus since 11 years which along with clinical examination and clinical investigations revealing the rise in serum urea and serum creatinine pointed towards diabetic nephropathy.patient was managed on hemodialysis.It was my first experience in a dialysis unit.

Case 2
Patient is a 61 year old male came with chief complaints of pain in left loin , decreased urine output swelling in the legs and constipation
Patient is a known case of diabetes and hypertension. Pitting type of pedal edema was prominent in the patient. Patient was diagnosed with acute kidney injury.patient was managed by hemodialysis. I have got to witness the establishment of central line in the patient

Case 3
Patient is a 70 year old female cane with chief complaints of shortness of breath, burning micturition, decreased urine output
Patient is previously diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes for which she is using medication . I have got a chance to witness the ultrasound examination of patient. Patient was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease for which she is maintained on dialysis.
